Whisk together the soy sauce, oil, shallot, garlic, honey, and thyme in a medium bowl. Tempeh burgers can be reheated in the microwave or wrap them in foil and steam them in a steamer basket or reheat them in the oven. You can make the simmered tempeh or the burger mixture ahead.   6. Put patty into egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs
  7. Heat the oil with low fire and fry patty until it becomes golden brown.
  8. Spread butter on burger bun, and grilled it for 3 minutes
  9. Put mayonnaise and other ingredients on burger as you like
