Comfort food gets even better when it becomes. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat and add onions, green chilis and salt. Cook until translucent but not browned. Add ground chicken, garlic, cumin, garam masala and using a wooden spoon or spatula, break up the chicken into small pieces.

- Marinate the chicken steaks with all ingredients of marinade and keep it overnight or minimum 4 hours.
- In a pan, melt butter and cook chicken steaks until done.

- Cook for about 5 minutes and it's ready.
- Heat the sizzling pan on stove. Grease with butter and put some bread(roti) or lettuce leaves.
- Put chicken steaks on them and pour hot mushroom sauce over steaks.
- Serve with stir fry veggies(I fried in butter) and butter rice.
