- Marinade the steak in garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste, bbq spice, black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, lemon juice for an hour.
- Braise a chopped small onion in ghee. Add the marinaded steak..cook till done.
Spread some of the sauce on top of the steak. Lay the other half on top of that. Pour the remainder of the sauce onto the steak. Place steak on broiler rack coated with cooking spray. Use to prepare recipe as directed, increasing the cook time as necessary until steak is cooked to medium doneness.
