  2. Transfer the mince mixture in a bowl add egg mix well, wet your palms with oil or water and make balls, keep aside. - Heat 2 tbsp oil in nonstick pan and fry meatballs till nice golden brown all sides. Take them out in plate cover and set aside.
  3. ๐ŸŒปTo Make Masala: - Heat oil add curry leaves, grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on Hight to medium flame. - - Then salt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well, cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
  4. Then add water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame and then add the koftas, cover and cook on low flame till the water dries and koftas cooked. - - Add coriander leaves, green chilli, garam masala powder, mix well serve with steamed rice, roti or naan.

To make the koftas, mix all the kofta ingredients together in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. For the green sauce, heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan. I just LOVE this Lamb Kofta in Green Masala Sauce! I have a bit of an obsession for meatballs and cook them in their many guises. None more spectacular as this super fragrant masala sauce.
