- Take 1 Johnsonville andouille chicken sausage link
- Get feta cheese
- Make ready cheese to top
Add ground lamb, sliced mushrooms and diced onions. Cook the sausage over medium high heat until browned on the surface and cooked through. Scoop the sausage out of the skillet with a slotted spoon. Place the sausage in a bowl.
Steps to make Lamb and sausage pasta:
- Boil pasta until soft
- Heat up sausage in a skillet, add thawed spinach and cooked lamb pieces. (If not using leftovers cook ground lamb and add to spinach and sausage)
- Drain pasta and add the sausage, lamb and spinach
- Top with pasta sauce and cheese
Scoop the sausage out of the skillet with a slotted spoon. Place the sausage in a bowl. Casarecce (a type of pasta), lamb sausage, some tomato, chilli and baby kale. A handful of ingredients that results in a really tasty meal. However the flavour is a lot richer and the sauce more robust.
